Greetings to you all,
Another 6 week period has finished, congratulations to all that have completed the six week beginners course and are now moving up to level two.
Next week the new beginners course starts in both Mandurah and Rockingham, spread the word about the dance, see if you can bring some friends along. Please remember that no one can join the beginners course after week two!
Hullabaloo 2010 Lindy Exchange is upon us, this is an event that has a lot of social dancing, two days of workshops and a formal ball. This five day event offers some great socialising with other swing dancers from Perth and attendees from around Australia and overseas. With the amount of dancing on offer you are sure to improve your dancing. (see diary events below for further details)
Michelle, Tracey and I were invited to Bunbury on the 11th of April, to present an introduction swing dance workshop. May I say that we had a fun time introducing the dance to the locals over a three hour time frame. I would like to thank Brian and Enzo for putting it all together and all those that journeyed to Bunbury from Perth to help out.
Another dinner dance night will be on our social calendar shortly, please stay tuned for further details.
