Busy times has prevented me from sending out frequent newsletters, please take your time viewing this lengthy update on what’s coming up in the world of swing dancing!
Firstly the current beginner’s course will only go for five weeks; there was a mix up on my behalf with the advertising so next week will be the last week of the course. The next six week beginner’s course for Mandurah will start on Tuesday 8 June, Rockingham Wednesday 9 June.
May I ask that you pass this information onto to people that you believe might be interested to come along and have a taste of the dance.
I would like to say a special thank you to all the folks from Bunbury that attend the class in Mandurah on a Tuesday night, you travel a fare distance to attend and add to the class, once again thank you for your keen interest in the dance!
Well it’s on again, another restaurant dinner dance in June. This will be a great opportunity for the Mandurah and Rockingham class’s to get together for a social dinner and dancing. This social function is open to all that wish to attend. I will supply the dinner and dancing music and of course we will all entertain the other patrons! This Saturday night live club splanky at the Como Primary School hall with Denise Dale and her Speakeasy six (in other words live music to dance too) this is another great opportunity to attend a great social function where you can have a dance with dancers from other schools from around Perth.
