Simply Swing is super excited to announce:

Our Summer Special is back on January 27th -28th at the Fremantle Town Hall.

So what’s happening:-

Two days of workshops (3hrs per day) The instructors for the weekend will be the talented Lisa Clarke and Fabien Vrillon from Toulouse France.  Lisa and Fabian have teaching bookings throughout Asia and kindly offered to come on down to Perth for our Summer Special. After this year’s successful workshops, we naturally jumped at the opportunity.

Saturday night social dance with two live bands.  The 6piece Phil Hatton and the ManHattons and The Jessie Gordon special. Nonstop music with bands alternating 30mins each from 7pm to 10pm.

WORKSHOPS

2 Day Weekend Workshops: $185.00

  • All workshops each day Saturday and Sunday
  • Saturday Night Social Dance, including Live Bands

1 Day Workshop: $100.00

  • All workshops for your selected day

Saturday Night Social Dance: $45.00

If you are booking for the 1 day workshop only, or unable to book any workshops, the social dance will be $45.00 per person.
When you book the 2 day weekend workshop, the social dance is included in the price.

LOCATION

Fremantle Town Hall located on the corner of High, William and Adelaide streets Fremantle

 

WORKSHOP TIMETABLE

Saturday January 28

There will be 3 classes that will run for one hour each starting at 1030am to 1130am, 1145am to 1245pm; Lunch; 2pm to 3pm.

Sunday January 29

There will be 3 classes that will run for one hour each starting at 1030am to 1130am, 1145am to 1245pm; Lunch; 2pm to 3pm

Saturday night; The Jessie Gordon special and Phil Hatton and the ManHattons will play nonstop, each band will play for 30min to keep our feet a dancing.

Evening social will start at 7pm till 10pm.

 

ACCOMMODATION

You may find it easy and simple to travel home each day, or if you would like to make a weekend of it, why not book your accommodation close by. There is plenty of accommodation in Fremantle and the surrounding areas.
